WashU employees record their hours in Workday, the University’s Human Resources and Finance System. Timesheets are submitted and approved on a bi-weekly basis, with checks (or direct deposits) being distributed on the Friday following the end of the pay period.
Workday does not allow employees to manually correct their hours, including missed punches. If you forget to check in and/or out, you should email your manager to request a correction. In most cases, your Workday manager is the Learning Center staff member who oversees your program.
