Mentors make it happen.
You can do great work.
As a partner with departments and instructors, we train talented undergraduate students representing a wide range of academic majors. Our mentors have already earned an A in the course they mentor, so they know their stuff, and they can help you do great work, too.
The Best and Brightest
Our Mentor Program
We expect our mentors to keep up a 3.0 GPA and to take a specialized training course during their first semester of mentoring. This is how we help our mentors develop professionally, while also making sure their mentees have the best possible experience.View Mentor Directory
I have loved being a part of the RPM program. Getting to know other students and helping them learn is so rewarding. Being an RPM has also strengthened my own communication and calculus skills.Rachel Jakes / Lead Calculus RPM
