1. On the touch panel, press Room PC to power on the equipment in the room. 
  2. Find the Camera Control icon on the computer desktop and double-click it to open. 
  3. Adjust the camera pan, tilt, and zoom, as needed using the controls. 
  4. Launch Canvas from your preferred web browser- https://mycanvas.wustl.edu 
  5. Click on your Canvas course, and then click on Zoom in the left navigation. 
  6. Launch a Zoom meeting, either by selecting the meeting from your “Upcoming Meetings” tab, or by clicking on “Personal Meeting Room”, then “Start this Meeting”. 
  7. Once Zoom launches, click  
  8. Once you are in Zoom, you can confirm that the microphone audio is working by speaking and watching the Microphone icon at the bottom.  As you talk, you should see a green bar move.   
  9. If the video is not already showing, you will need to click on .  If the video is still not showing, click the up arrow next to Stop Video, and ensure that AW-HE38 is selected.  If not, click on it, and the video should show up. 
  10. To record your Zoom session, press Record, then Record to Cloud to begin the recording.
