Best practices inform everything we do, from the multimedia systems in each classroom to the active learning spaces equipped with the latest technology. We support instructors at WashU with on -call assistance, troubleshooting, and education about new technology.
Our multimedia systems have been designed to easily enhance teaching when in use and be nonintrusive when not in use. Our Active Learning Classrooms (ALCs) are spaces configured to maximize active, collaborative learning and multimodal teaching.
Technical issues in the classroom can usually be remedied quickly, with one call to (314) 935-6810. If the issue is not resolvable over the phone, our on-call tech support staff will respond within minutes for in-person troubleshooting.
