Event Description
This panel discussion centers the WashU student perspective on generative AI in higher education. Student panelists will discuss how they are using AI tools in their coursework and daily lives, their perceptions of AI’s capabilities and limitations in facilitating their learning, and the questions and concerns they have about the use of this technology in higher education. The conversation will also highlight what students feel they need from faculty to use AI responsibly and productively as well as what they wish educators understood about navigating college in the age of artificial intelligence. This event will be virtual with the opportunity for participant questions via moderated Q&A.
