Event Description

If you regularly find yourself burning the midnight oil prepping your classes or if you’re wondering how on Earth you’ll be ready for the coming semester, this workshop is for you! Pattern teaching, thinking of your classes as consisting of modular pieces, can streamline your course prep and reduce the temptation to overprep. As an added bonus, it can also be used to make your classes more interactive and student-centered. After a brief introduction and tangible examples, we’ll spend the rest of the session drafting teaching patterns so you can start the semester confident and with a plan.
