Event Description
In this interactive session participants will explore techniques for developing a sustained practice of reflection on their teaching. Reflection involves considering past or present experiences, learning from those experiences, and thinking about how to approach similar situations in the future. This session will focus on the formative powers of reflection to help faculty become more effective, satisfied, and joyful teachers. Participants will receive a journal to help them begin this process in the year ahead.
