Users sometimes receive an error message when trying to access Kaltura My Media or Kaltura Media Gallery in their Canvas courses. Sometimes this is due to an issue with their Kaltura account, at which point the user should email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support. Many times, however, the issue is with a plugin installed on the user’s web browser. To test for this, we recommend attempting to open Kaltura My Media or Kaltura Media Gallery in Canvas using a different web browser. If you are able to open Kaltura in another web browser, then the issue is most likely with a plugin installed in the web browser you were previously using. You may need to add https://wustl.instructure.com to an ad blocker’s white list, or simply disable an interfering plugin.
