How to Embed Media

NOTE: Do not use embed codes when embedding Panopto videos in Canvas. Always use the Panopto Embedding Tool as illustrated below.

Panopto provides its own Embedding Tool for embedding videos in Canvas:

1. When creating content in Canvas, look for the Panopto icon. If you can’t find it, click on the icon instead and click on “View All”:
2. Select “Panopto” from the list:
   
3. Once you’re in the embed tool, select the video you want and click “Insert”:
   
4. Once you’re done, just save and publish the content as normal.
