About CTL Faculty Learning Communities

Our Faculty Learning Communities (FLCs) bring together small groups of instructors from across WashU to explore shared interests in teaching and learning. FLCs provide a collaborative space for faculty to exchange ideas, examine evidence-based practices, and experiment with new approaches in their courses. Whether focused on a specific teaching challenge, a pedagogical theme, or a campus initiative, each community fosters cross-disciplinary connection, reflection, and sustained professional growth.
