Registration Open for UMSL Teaching and Technology Conference

The “Focus on Teaching and Technology” conference includes sessions on topics such as helping students learn complex concepts in science, integrating case studies to develop students’ critical thinking skills, implementing collaborative learning, and developing creative approaches to assignments.

Many sessions also focus on implementing targeted technology to address a range of pedagogical needs, including cultivating writing skills, developing foreign language skills, modeling thought processes, tailoring student learning, and fostering a course culture of inquiry and reflection.

The conference will take place November 12-13, 2015 at the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Washington University is a silver-level sponsor. As a result, faculty and staff will receive a 50% discount when registering for Friday’s sessions by using the code fttc-2015-fifty at checkout.
