Are you a graduate student or postdoc who is interested in a career in educational development or as teaching faculty? Do you work with graduate and professional students and postdocs who may be interested in these careers?
The Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network’s Special Interest Group in Graduate student, Professional student, and Postdoctoral fellow Development (GPPD) will award 30 conference grants (approximately $350 value) to graduate students, professional students, and postdocs to support their attendance at POD’s annual conference, to be held this year in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA, November 13-17, 2019. Awardees pay only $50 toward conference registration and POD membership fees and are expected to attend a few GPPD events at the conference.
GPPD welcomes applications from all graduate students, professional students, and postdocs, regardless of nationality or citizenship, especially from individuals who come from backgrounds or have identities that are underrepresented at POD, as well as whose institutions have not historically been represented at POD (e.g., HBCUs; Tribal Colleges or Universities).
Applications are due on July 19, 2019. To complete the online application, which includes submitting a CV, please visit: http://bit.ly/gppd19.
