How to send Kaltura Media to the Recycle Bin

1. Go to your Kaltura My Media page, and select the Trash Can icon:

   

2. When the “Move to Recycle Bin” window pops up, choose “Delete”:

   

3. Your video has now been sent to the Recycle Bin.

   PLEASE NOTE:  Deleted videos are stored in the Recycle Bin for a period of 15 days.  After 15 days have elapsed, any videos in the Recycle Bin are permanently deleted.

How to recover deleted media from the Recycle Bin

1. Go to your Kaltura My Media page, and select “My Recycle Bin”:

   

2. Select the video you want to restore, and click the “Restore” icon:

   
   ↳ You can restore multiple files at once by selecting their checkboxes and then clicking “Restore” in Actions:

   

3. When the “Restore Media” window pops up, click the Restore button to restore your video to your Kaltura My Media folder:

   

4. You can now access your previously deleted video from your Kaltura My Media.
